Executive Chef, Felix Rivera, graduated with culinary arts certification in 1994 from Washburn Trade School, Chicago, IL. He has spent 26 years within the culinary field , 18 years of those years leading a team.
Previously to Lake Forest Academy, Felix worked for 8 years for Hyatt Hotels in the roles of Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine at Hyatt Regency Chicago, at Hyatt Lost Pines Resort in Austin, TX, and at Hyatt Atlanta in Atlanta, GA where he opened the concept, Sway, both in Atlanta and Louisville, KY, to rave reviews.
